1. **Order Cancellation**:
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Please contact our customer service team immediately via email or phone to request a cancellation.
- If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our return policy.

2. **Custom and Personalized Orders**:
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry orders cannot be canceled once the order has been placed. These items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

3. **Refund Process**:
- If your order is eligible for cancellation and refund, please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your original method of payment.

4. **Non-Refundable Items**:
- Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled after purchase.

5. **Changes to Orders**:
- If you wish to make changes to your order (e.g., size, color, or delivery address), please contact us within 12 hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
